Join us as we explore creatures, emotes and video games in voiceover with this 3-part workshop based in the heart of Dallas at the Topaz Iolite studios. This exclusive workshop will offer both group work and individual work building characters for cross genre performance. Working in one of Dallas’s leading production studios, students will not only benefit from input from world class coach Jason Lord, but they will get a true studio environment. Additionally, we will look to map out and support students with planning ahead for 2026 giving them a launch pad to start 2026 with the best opportunities at their disposals.
Itinerary:
Sunday December 7th (All Time Central Standard Time)
This 5-hour workshop will be broken into 3 sections:
10am – 12pm we will look at creature characters and emotes.
1pm – 3pm following this we will explore voice acting in video games
3pm – 4pm we will take what you have worked on and record it in the booth offering a real studio environment.
Classes are for students 18+ unless supervised by a parent or guardian who must be 18+
